This is no ordinary gym!  Stocked with an array of innovative and non-conventional “toys”, the playground is dedicated to providing the type of exciting functional athletic fitness training that you just can’t get at the big box commercial “health clubs”. Our mission is to transform exercise into play! So whether you’re a recreational athlete, stay at home mom, or just want to lead a more active lifestyle–we’ve got something for you!   Over the past (3) years our signature program - the Hybrid, has maintained an 80% re-enrollment rate!  People can't get enough.   We think you'll love it too!  So come on down and try a class, or chat with some of our Urban Warriors.  WARNING: Participation may lead to you becoming the athlete that nature intended you to be!
