All Yoga classes are Hatha based.
Hatha Yoga seeks to promote health and well being through physical exercise.
The regular practice of asanas (postures), and pranayama (breathing exercises), makes the body strong, supple and healthy. It has a profound effect on the circulatory system and on the function of the inner organs, glands and nerves.
Postures can be adapted for any type of ailment, thus making it accessible for anyone to practice.
